Birth Doula Services

I am here to support you. We will have 2-4 prenatal visits for childbirth education, labor preparation and rehearsal, developing an in-depth birth plan and establishing your preferences. I offer prenatal rebozo body work for relaxation and to encourage optimal positioning for your baby upon request. I will be on-call and available to you 24/7 upon signing my contract so that you can ask questions and notify me when you go into labor. I will provide you with continuous labor and birth attendance. I will provide at least 1 postpartum follow-up sometime during the first two weeks after delivery to follow up with you, help with any questions or issues you may have that I may have insight on, and process your birth experience. I also practice a faith filled Closing of the Bones ceremony upon request. Please ask for more details if you are interested.
*I will provide a backup doula should I be unable to attend your birth for any reason at no added cost to you.
Childbirth Education
Childbirth Education Classes are available outside of my doula services.
$200 per couple
Included in my birth doula services at no additional cost.
This part of labor prep is extremely important. The more you know, the more empowered you will be to create the sacred birth space that you desire. I will go over the stages of labor, best labor coping strategies, developing birth preferences, what to expect at the hospital or at home, and what to expect during the first few hours with your newborn.
